Adderley Street Christmas Lights 2024. Twinkling festive lights are a special event to visit because they only happen once, at the end of the year. Adderley street is the place to be on christmas eve, with the lights, a street market, music and entertainers followed by christmas bands performing from midnight.
This year the annual switching on of the lights festival in cape town turned 50! From the 28th of november, cape town will be lighting up adderly street to celebrate the festive season.
